We also keep your property in top condition with up to 10 professional cleans per month, plus a quarterly deep clean. Every stay ends with a full clean and inspection, ensuring your property is always guest-ready and often better maintained than with long-term tenants.

How do you prevent bad guests?

We enforce a minimum two-night stay, require ID verification, and primarily host families, travelers, and business professionals—all under a strict no-parties policy.

When onboarding a new property, our professional interior designer provides tailored styling recommendations to boost both appeal and functionality. We manage everything—from sourcing furniture to delivery and installation—so your property is beautifully designed and fully guest-ready.

What happens after my property is leased?
Do you have insurance?

Yes — when hosting through Airbnb, we are covered by AirCover for Hosts, which includes up to USD $3 million in Host Damage Protection for guest-caused damage to your property and contents, as well as USD $1 million in Host Liability Insurance in the rare event a guest is injured or their property is damaged during a stay. This protection is automatically included at no extra cost, giving you peace of mind that your property and guests are safeguarded.
